Full-Service Logistics
Most IBC tote suppliers expect you to arrange your own shipping. We do the opposite. Our in-house logistics team manages the entire transportation lifecycle — from picking up your used totes to delivering clean, inspected replacement containers to your dock. One call handles everything.
We operate a fleet of flatbed and box trucks out of our Fort Walton Beach facility. For local deliveries within 100 miles, we use our own drivers — giving us complete control over scheduling, handling, and customer experience. For longer distances, we partner with vetted freight carriers who specialize in bulk container transport.
Our scheduling system is built around your convenience. Need deliveries on a specific day? We will accommodate. Need off-hours delivery to avoid production disruption? We can arrange early morning or evening drops. Need the truck to wait while your team unloads? No problem — our drivers carry other productive work to do on-site.

Schedule
We confirm availability, calculate freight (free for qualifying orders), and lock in a delivery window. You receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Execute
Our truck arrives on schedule. For pickups, we load your used totes — you just need them accessible and drained. For deliveries, we unload to your dock, staging area, or anywhere accessible by truck.
Confirm
You receive delivery confirmation with count and condition notes. For purchases, totes are ready to use immediately. For pickups, buyback payment is processed within 5 business days.

Freight and Shipping Details
Empty tote shipping: A standard 53-foot flatbed carries 60-70 empty IBC totes. Empty totes are light enough for LTL shipments in smaller quantities (1-10 units). We stack empty totes up to 4 high for transport, secured with straps and edge protectors.
Full tote shipping: Full 275-gallon totes weigh approximately 2,400 lbs each. A 53-foot flatbed carries a maximum of 20 full totes (limited by weight). Full totes are shipped one-high with proper securing — chains, straps, and load bars.
Packaging: IBC totes are self-packaged — the steel cage protects the bottle during transport. No additional packaging is required. For new totes or reconditioned totes going to sensitive environments, we can stretch-wrap individual units.
Insurance: All shipments via our fleet are covered by our commercial auto and cargo insurance. For third-party freight shipments, cargo insurance is included in the quoted freight rate. Declared values are based on the purchase price of the totes.
