Standard IBC totes are designed for general-purpose liquid storage and transport. They work well for most applications right out of the box. But many operations require specific features: a different valve type for faster dispensing, additional ports for recirculation plumbing, insulation for temperature-sensitive contents, or structural modifications for non-standard installation.

Consultation
Describe your application and requirements. We ask the right questions to fully understand what you need — chemical compatibility, temperature range, flow rates, mounting constraints.
Design & Quote
We propose a modification plan with detailed specifications, material selections, and pricing. For complex projects, CAD drawings or a prototype unit may be provided.
Fabrication
Our team executes the modification using professional-grade tools and materials. HDPE welding is done with certified equipment. All fittings are torqued to specification.
Test & Deliver
Every modified tote is pressure-tested, functionally tested, and visually inspected before shipping. Documentation of all modifications is provided.
Real-World Custom Projects
Mobile Pressure Wash Rig
Modified a 275-gallon tote with a 3-inch ball valve, forklift-accessible stacking frame, and trailer mounting brackets. Integrated a 120V recirculation pump with inline filter. Used by a commercial cleaning company for on-site pressure washing.
Heated Honey Storage
Installed a 1,500W silicone heating blanket with digital thermostat set to maintain 100 degrees F. Added an insulated jacket (R-10) and a 3-inch heated ball valve to prevent crystallization during dispensing. Beekeeping operation processes 2,000 gallons per season.
Quad-Tank Fertilizer Blending
